How do I schedule my appointment?
Visit our appointment portal or call the office you’d like to visit. You can reach the Independence office at 816-373-7374. Call our Blue Springs office at 816-229-4010.

Does your office accept Medicaid?
No, Kansas City Smiles & Co. does not accept Medicaid at this time.

Do you accept insurance?
Our Blue Springs office is in-network with Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, and United Concordia.
Our Independence office accepts a wide range of insurance providers, including but not limited to: Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, United Concordia, and all providers under the GEHA Connection Dental Network.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Please bring the following:
- Completed new patient dental forms.
- If you prefer, you can forward any prior dental X-rays to our office beforehand.
- A valid ID.
- A current list of medications.
- Details of any ongoing medical conditions or past surgeries.
- Your dental insurance card, if you have insurance.
