Standard Membership
- 2 Professional dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams
- All needed X-rays
- 2 Oral cancer screenings
- 2 Flouride treatments
- 1 Emergency exam (if needed)
- 15% off of all dental treatments, including cosmetic procedures (excluding products)
- 10% off Invisalign®
For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Perio Membership
- 4 Professional dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams
- All needed X-rays
- 4 Oral cancer screenings
- 1 Emergency exam (if needed)

All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash, checks, and HSA/FSA.
